Privacy

Your privacy is valuable to us. We do not, nor will we ever, track our users or visitors using any form of personally identifiable information.

When you visit roines.net, or any internet site, the only information You leave is

  1. Your current internet address (IP-address). This is the internet equivalent of a telephone number. This is required in order to establish a communication link to be able to provide a service. This information is anonymous and can at most be used to find out which Internet Service Provider You are using, and make educated guesses of which city and country You are residing in.
  2. The page, query, search or other resource you are requesting
  3. The brand, make and version of the browser you use to make such request
  4. Any voluntary information you enter yourself as part of a user profile, search query, message or similar

roines.net generally log accesses to its resources. This is used to provide aggregate visitor statistics and to aid in tuning the service for better performance. These logs may also be handed over to accredited governmental in situations as specified in the roines.net Terms of Service.

Cookies

roines.net does not currently employ "cookies", however may choose to do so at some point in the future. A "cookie" is an element of data that a website, when visited by a user, sends to that user's browser which, in turn, may store that element on the user's hard drive or memory. However, at his or her option and at his or her sole expense and responsibility, any user may block or delete our cookies from his or her hard drive. However, by disabling cookies, certain site features and functionality may no longer work properly, or at all.
